Due to the handmade nature and variety of every piece of wood being different, each item may differ slightly from the pictured item. This may include small knots or other inconsistencies that are present in real wood and are not considered defects.

All of our products are cut with a laser, with a laser the backside of the item may have some scorch marks. There may be a slightly toasted wood smell that is normal and will dissipate over time.

All items are made to order in the order in which they are received so please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be shipped out.

Our production time does not include shipping. Orders are shipped using USPS First Class Mail 3-5 Mail, so depending on your location they will arrive in 3-5 business days from the shipment date, provided there are no delays within the USPS, which is completely out of our control.
